  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using the Lottery Warrior mobile application (“App”) or website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

    You will be prompted to accept these Terms upon first use of the App. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp in our database.
  2. Description of Service
    Lottery Warrior is a lottery number generation and analysis tool that provides:
    2.1 Free Tier Features
    • View historical lottery drawing results for Powerball and Mega Millions
    • Generate up to 10 lottery games per session
    • Use “Avoid Previously Drawn” strategy
    • Access statistical analysis pages (Number Usage, Range of Sum, Frequency Analysis, Groupings Analysis)
    • Basic game validation
    • View past lottery results with date range filtering
    2.2 Premium Tier Features ($1.99/month, 7-day free trial)
    • Generate up to 100 games per session (unlimited generation)
    • Access to 6 advanced number generation strategies:
    • Range of Sum Strategy (Gail Howard statistical analysis)
    • Avoid Groupings Strategy
    • First Three Frequency Strategy
    • Last Three Frequency Strategy
    • Number Usage Strategy (Hot/Cold/Neutral frequency-based)
    • Weighted Random Strategy
    • Save unlimited lottery game combinations
    • Quick Play feature (one-tap save and schedule)
    • Mark games as played with date tracking
    • Automatic winner detection with prize chart matching

    Full game history and analytics
  1. User Accounts & Registration
    3.1 Account Information
    • The App operates primarily on local device storage (no cloud account required)
    • Optional: Provide email and display name for support purposes
    • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device
    3.2 Account Restrictions
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
    • One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

    You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  1. Subscriptions & Billing
    4.1 Premium Subscription
    • Price: $1.99 USD per month (pricing may vary by region)
    • Free Trial: 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers
    • Billing Cycle: Monthly auto-renewal unless canceled
    • Platforms: iOS (StoreKit 2), Android (Google Play Billing), Windows (Microsoft Store)
    4.2 Cancellation & Refunds
    • Cancel anytime through your platform’s app store settings
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
    • No refunds for partial months
    • Refund requests must be directed to Apple, Google, or Microsoft (per their policies)
    • Free trial can be canceled before the trial period ends without charge
    4.3 Price Changes
    • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice

    Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for 90 days

    5.1 Our Ownership
    • The App, including all code, algorithms, UI design, and content, is owned by Bushido Inc.
    • Licensed under the MIT License (see GitHub repository)
    • “Lottery Warrior” name and logo are trademarks of Bushido Inc.
    5.2 Open Source Components
    • The App uses open-source libraries (see GitHub for full attribution)
    • Syncfusion components licensed separately
    • MediatR, Entity Framework Core, and other .NET libraries are licensed under their respective terms
    5.3 User-Generated Content
    • You retain ownership of your saved games and number combinations

    By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data locally for app functionality
  1. User Conduct
    You agree NOT to:
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except as permitted by law)
    • Use the App for any illegal gambling activities
    • Attempt to access backend systems, databases, or APIs without authorization
    • Distribute, sublicense, or resell the App
    • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to generate excessive numbers
    • Circumvent subscription restrictions or free trial limitations

    Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  1. Data & Privacy
    7.1 Local Data Storage
    • All game data is stored locally on your device using SQLite
    • Historical lottery results are cached locally and refreshed from RapidAPI
    • Database location: %LocalApplicationData%/LotteryWarrior.db3
    7.2 Analytics & Telemetry
    • We collect anonymized usage analytics via OpenTelemetry/LogBee

    7.3 Data Security
    • We implement industry-standard security measures
    • You are responsible for securing your device

    We are not liable for unauthorized access to your device
  1. Third-Party Services
    8.1 RapidAPI
    • We use RapidAPI to retrieve historical lottery drawing results
    • Service availability depends on RapidAPI’s uptime
    • We are not responsible for RapidAPI service interruptions
    8.2 Platform App Stores
    • Subscriptions are processed through Apple, Google, or Microsoft
    • You are subject to their respective terms of service

    Billing disputes must be resolved with the platform, not Lottery Warrior
  1. Disclaimers & Limitations
    9.1 No Guarantee of Winnings
    • LOTTERY WARRIOR IS A STATISTICAL ANALYSIS TOOL ONLY
    • We make NO GUARANTEE that generated numbers will win
    • Lottery games are games of chance; past results do not predict future outcomes
    • Use of this App does not increase your odds of winning
    9.2 Not Affiliated with Lotteries
    • We are NOT affiliated with Powerball, Mega Millions, or any lottery organization
    • The App does NOT sell lottery tickets
    • The App does NOT facilitate gambling transactions
    9.3 Service Availability
    • The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
    • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation
    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
    9.4 Limitation of Liability
    • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
    • Service interruptions or data loss
    • Third-party actions (RapidAPI, app stores)

    TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (capped at $23.88)
  1. Termination
    10.1 By You
    • Uninstall the App from your device
    • Cancel your Premium subscription through the app store
    • Contact support@lotterywarrior.com to request data deletion
    10.2 By Us
    • We may terminate or suspend access for:
    • Violation of these Terms
    • Fraudulent activity or subscription abuse
    • Excessive API usage (if detected)
    • Termination is effective immediately upon notice

    No refunds for terminations due to Terms violations
  1. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bushido Inc., its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
    • Your use of the Service
    • Violation of these Terms
    • Violation of applicable laws
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Iowa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Des Moines, IA.
  1. Changes to Terms
    13.1 Updates
    • We may update these Terms from time to time
    • You will be notified of significant changes through the App
    • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
    13.2 Version Tracking
    • Current Version: 1.0
    • The App tracks your accepted version and date

    You may be required to accept updated Terms to continue using the Service
  1. Miscellaneous
    14.1 Entire Agreement
    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Lottery Warrior
    • Supersedes any prior agreements or understandings
    14.2 Severability
    • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
    14.3 No Waiver
    • Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
